Solar Year 453. Tragedy strikes a lakeside village located east to the Scarlet Moon Empire, where mysterious enemies attack, houses go up in flames, and people have to flee for their lives.
After the threat leaves, the Hero, along with Hisui, Shirin, and Shapur stand up to restore the village.
As the Hero and his friends depart for their journey, they quickly get caught up in the great swells of history.

A village located to the east of the great Scarlet Moon Empire. Perched on the shore of a large lake, there are multiple bodies of water within the village.
Amongst the luscious nature, the Great Tree stands in the center of the village, acting as its symbol and watching over the lives of the people.
The capital of the Scarlet Moon Empire, the Gregminster Castle towering high. A thriving commercial city always full of energy and vitality, people from around the world visit this place.
The city inn is frequented by many people, including those from the Hero's village.
